Der Band untersucht diese Veränderungsprozesse anhand der Fragen nach einer demokratischen kosmopolitischen Weltordnung, einer kollisionsrechtlichen Neubegründung der Legitimität der EU und der Möglichkeiten einer zivilgesellschaftlichen Zähmung von Governance-Strukturen.
